Barbara is also an experienced business manager and board director with demonstrated success in delivering ethical, strategic and operational leadership for commercial research and innovation programs, technology transfer, translation and commercialisation. Most recently Barbara has managed an innovation network for small dairy processors and engaged with over 100 dairy companies through the delivery of workshops and management of commercial product and process innovation projects
