Naked Glory, part of Kerry Foods, has expanded its meat alternative portfolio with new ready-to-eat Deli Readybites as it aims to meet convenience demands. Available in three flavours – Tikka, Roast and Smoky BBQ – Deli Readybites do not require any cooking and intend to offer quick and convenient lunches and snacks. Deli Readybites marks Naked Glory’s first ready-to-eat range as the brand aims to capitalise on the growing opportunity for meat-free products that cater to a variety of occasions. The flame-grilled range can be used in a variety of different formats and servings such as salads, wraps and sarnies. Like Naked Glory’s complete portfolio, the Deli Readybites range is registered by The Vegan Society. Naked Glory first launched in September last year and aims to “take meat-free protein to a whole new level” by marinating, seasoning, smoking, sizzling and flame-grilling different products. Deli Readbites will join Naked Glory’s portfolio which includes meat-free quarter pounders, mince and sausages and its recently launched range of chicken Tenderstrips.
