Sweet and Sour Amla Chutney – Recipe from Bhavna Sharma
Amla, also known as Indian gooseberries, is a popular "superfruit" in India and neighboring countries. A 100-gram serving contains as much vitamin C as 20 oranges. Amla berries, round and bright, have been used in Ayurvedic remedies for at least 1,000 years. Their sour flavor can enhance recipes. Incorporating amla into your diet may improve overall health. This recipe is provided by Bhavna Sharma
